The CalREN Video Services Scheduling Desk

Viewing the online schedule for CalREN Video Service scheduled videoconferences has never been easier!

1. Login to the CVS Scheduling Desk.
2. Click on the "Reports" link in the dark blue bar at the top of the page.
3. Click on the "Schedule" link from the choices available under "Reports."
4. Choose the type of schedule you would like to view: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
5. Enter the date you would like to view (please note that the date will always default to the current date):
   • For the Daily Report enter the specific date.
   • For the Weekly Report enter any date within the specified week.
   • For the Monthly Report enter any date within the specified month.
6. Click "Submit Query."
